Kaspa Poker — Terms of Service

Kaspa Poker is a game platform built on KasPay. It uses a non-custodial wallet model: your private key stays on your device and is encrypted with your PIN.

1) Non-custodial wallet / responsibility

Your private key is generated or imported locally in your browser.
Kaspa Poker does not receive, store, or recover your private key.
If you lose your private key or PIN, your wallet and funds cannot be recovered.
Never share your private key. Anyone with it can control your funds.

2) Deposits, chips, and payouts

To join a table you deposit KAS and receive an equal amount of in-game chips.
When you leave a table, your remaining chips are paid out to your Kaspa address.
Network fees apply to on-chain transactions.

3) Rake and fees

A rake may be applied to eligible pots (e.g., 3.75% where shown in-game).
Displayed rake/fees are part of platform operation and may vary by table.

4) Fair play

Collusion, bots, exploits, or any form of cheating is prohibited.
We may suspend accounts and/or deny service to protect game integrity.

5) Risk, volatility, and no guarantees

Cryptocurrency values can be volatile. You accept the risk of loss.
Kaspa Poker is provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime or availability.

6) Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of Kaspa Poker after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
